Casey spent her childhood outside Philadelphia playing soccer and started all four years for Drexel University’s Division I program. After college, she coached at Marywood University, eventually becoming a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach for youth to professional athletes, including a stint at Mike Boyle’s Strength and Conditioning Facility. She was the Physical Therapist for Hill’s Gymnastics in Gaithersburg, MD for the last seven years before moving back to PA.
